IT/Sys Admin Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented IT Specialist to serve as our primary digital gatekeeper and the architect of our communication infrastructure. In this role, you will hold the keys to our domain portfolio, navigating the complexities of DNS management, domain acquisitions, and cross-platform migrations with ease. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end setup of professional email ecosystems, likely within Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, ensuring every new address is perfectly synced and every inbox is optimized for peak performance. Beyond just "making things work," you are a security-first professional who understands the critical importance of brand protection. This means you live for the technical nuances of SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication to ensure maximum deliverability while thwarting phishing and spoofing attempts. From managing SSL certificates and monitoring domain health to troubleshooting SMTP errors and implementing multi-factor authentication, you will be the silent engine ensuring our brand remains credible, reachable, and completely ironclad against external threats.
