Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced IT Second Line Support to join our international support team. This role focuses on handling escalations from our First Line Support team and working on more advanced technical issues, as well as contributing to longer-term technical projects based on your expertise.

Key Responsibilities
Provide second-line technical support for escalated service desk tickets
Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and system issues
Support and collaborate with the First Line Service Desk team
Participate in technical projects and infrastructure improvements
Maintain clear documentation of issues and resolutions
Work independently while collaborating with international teams
Working Hours
Standard working hours aligned with Central European Time (CET)
Occasional weekend work may be required (open for discussion)
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Second Line Service Desk or similar technical support role
Demonstrable knowledge of:
Windows-based systems
iOS-based systems
Android-based systems
Knowledge of IT infrastructure is considered a strong advantage
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Comfortable working in an international team environment
