Key Responsibilities

IT Database Specialist
• Asist Directors and Senior Management with effective IT Solutions for business operations
• Administer cloud resources
• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and connectivity issues, ensuring timely resolution
• Provide assistance for onboarding new employees such as configuration of the laptops
• Maintain an accurate inventory of IT hardware, software licenses, and cloud services.
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade operating systems (Windows, Linux, or macOS) and core business applications
• First level problem resolution for enterprise computer/mobile device hardware, handheld devices, operating system software, application programs
• Implement and manage security solutions, including anti-virus software, patch management, access control
• Implement and enforce standards and procedures to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of data
• Lead the design and implementation of existing and new database solutions, including data modelling, schema design, and establishing database structures (tables, views, stored procedures, functions).
• Proactively analyse, troubleshoot, and optimize complex database performance issues, including indexing strategies, query rewriting, and hardware resource utilization.
• Develop and maintain high-availability, disaster recovery, and replication solutions to ensure continuous operation and scalability
• Design, build, and maintain data integration processes to move data between transactional systems and reporting databases.
• Review and approve database code changes (stored procedures, functions, triggers) submitted by developers to ensure efficiency and adherence to coding standards.

Social Media Management
• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for all business areas (Temporary Accommodation, Lettings, and Care)
• Create and schedule true engaging posts, graphics, videos, and stories to promote services and increase brand awareness.
• Manage and grow the company’s presence across key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Google Business Profile, etc.).
• Respond to inquiries and actively manage online reputation.

Website Development & Management
• Lead the design, build, and ongoing maintenance of responsive, high-converting websites for each business sector.
• Regularly update websites with new content, advertisements, news, and service information.
• Ensure websites are optimized for SEO, performance, and user experience (UX).
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or design issues related to the website swiftly.
• Integrate social media feeds, enquiry forms, and promotional banners.
• Ensure full compliance with GDPR and other data privacy requirements.

Content Creation
• Produce creative, high-quality content (text, photos, short videos, infographics) for both websites and social media, property blogs and market updates.
• Write and edit compelling blogs, news articles, and updates related to housing, lettings, and care topics.
• Develop promotional campaigns to drive traffic to our website and Google Business listings.
• Support and optimize digital marketing initiatives (e.g., email newsletters, PPC campaigns, and online advertising). Mail shots to engage landlords to procure property leads.
• Scan rightmove and scrape property addresses which are listed for rent.


Skills & Qualifications

Essential:
• Minimum of 2-3 years of proven professional experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Executive, or in a similar web-focused role.
• Proficiency with WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar CMS platforms.
• Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media algorithms.
• Excellent copywriting, editing, and content creation skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Graphic design skills, proficient in using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Practical knowledge of HTML/CSS for front-end troubleshooting and minor edits.
