Position Summary

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for launching and maintaining client marketing systems.

This person owns the technical implementation after a client signs.

You’ll configure Search Atlas, GoHighLevel, Google Business assets, automations, reporting dashboards, CRM pipelines, websites, review systems, and local SEO campaigns.

You’ll work directly with our leadership team while following documented SOPs and continuously improving our delivery processes.

Primary Responsibilities

Client Onboarding

* Collect onboarding assets
* Verify Google Business Profile access
* Organize client Google Drive folders
* Configure onboarding checklists
* Coordinate project kickoff
* Maintain implementation timelines

Search Atlas

Configure and manage:

* Local SEO campaigns
* Google Business optimization
* GeoGrid tracking
* Local keyword tracking
* Citation management
* Competitor tracking
* AI content generation
* Local SEO audits
* Reporting dashboards

Monitor rankings weekly and identify optimization opportunities.

Build and maintain:

* CRM pipelines
* Contact management

* SMS automations
* Review request campaigns
* Forms

* Calendars
* Appointment reminders

Assist with:

* Optimization

Produce recurring reports including:

Website Support

Assist with:

* Basic edits
* Forms
* Tracking codes

* Respond to implementation requests

* Maintain excellent client satisfaction scores
* Continuously improve SOP documentation
