Remote HVAC Engineer (Philippines-Based)

We are an established HVAC-R wholesaling company seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **HVAC Engineer (or similar background)** to join our team remotely from the Philippines.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of technical work, customer support, and system-based operations, with opportunities to grow alongside a modern, tech-driven business.

Key Responsibilities

* Interpret HVAC spare parts and provide accurate quotations to customers
* Perform HVAC mechanical take-offs from plans and drawings
* Assist with **Plandroid design** for domestic and light commercial systems *(training provided)*
* Maintain and update product content on our website/portal
* Support day-to-day operations within our ERP system

Skills & Experience

* Background in **HVAC engineering**
* Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components
* Experience with **spare parts identification and quoting**
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Good written and spoken English communication

**Desirable (but not essential)**

* Experience with **Odoo (especially Odoo.sh / v19)** or similar ERP systems
* Exposure to HVAC design software or take-off tools
* Previous experience in a wholesaling or supply environment
