JOB OVERVIEW

Remote – Philippines | Full-Time | U.S. EST Overlap

We are a U.S.-based delivery and logistics company seeking a smart, organized, and dependable HR & Operations Coordinator. The primary focus of this role is candidate prescreening and employee onboarding, along with HR administration, performance reviews, and timecard validation.

Key Responsibilities
Review applicants, conduct phone prescreening, identify qualified candidates, and schedule interviews.
Manage the onboarding process, including taking new hires to through scheduling drug tests, coordinating training and virtual orientation, tracking completion, adding them to ADP workforce, Business communication channels and following up with candidates through their first day of work.
Maintain the HR employee tracker and ensure employee information and status remain synchronized with our internal web portal.
Review and validate employee timecards against operational records, identify missing punches or discrepancies, and follow up for correction.
Maintain employee records and update employee notices and other required information in ADP.
Conduct scheduled employee performance review and coaching calls, document discussions, and prepare professional follow-up emails.
Draft write-ups, warnings, performance documentation, and termination emails based on documented facts and management direction.
Make and receive calls to U.S.-based candidates and employees and follow up until required actions are completed.

What We Are Looking For

We need someone with excellent spoken and written English, pro-active , responsible, strong attention to detail, good judgment, common sense, and strong follow-through. You should be comfortable speaking with candidates and employees, working with Excel, reviewing timecard data, maintaining accurate records, and writing professional HR communications.

Experience with ADP Workforce or another HR system is preferred but not required. Full training, learning resources, and access to ADP support will be provided. We need someone who learns quickly, follows processes, identifies discrepancies, asks the right questions, and takes ownership of completing tasks.

Schedule & Compensation

This is a full-time remote role requiring at least 4 hours of daily overlap with U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Starting compensation: US$200 per week, with a performance and compensation review after the initial 90 days.

Candidates must have reliable internet, a professional calling setup, and the ability to make and receive calls to U.S. phone numbers.
