About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and structured HR Manager to oversee and further develop our human resources function. This role is responsible for managing both strategic and operational HR processes, ensuring compliance with labour regulations, and supporting leadership in building a strong and sustainable organisational culture.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to management and employees, ensuring that HR practices align with business objectives and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Workforce Planning

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and contract preparation.
Support workforce planning in alignment with company growth and operational needs.
Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a structured and positive employee experience.
Employee Relations

Serve as the main contact for employee and management HR-related matters.
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
HR Administration & Compliance

Prepare and manage employment contracts and HR documentation.
Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records.
Ensure compliance with applicable employment legislation and internal policies.
Coordinate payroll preparation in cooperation with external service providers.
Performance & Development

Support managers with performance reviews and development planning.
Identify training needs and coordinate professional development initiatives.
Contribute to employee engagement and retention strategies.
HR Strategy & Process Improvement

Develop and optimise HR policies and procedures.
Support organisational development and change management initiatives.
Prepare HR reports and key performance indicators for management.

Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or comparable qualification.
Several years of professional experience in an HR Manager or senior HR role.
Experience managing employee relations cases.
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
