High Level VA

I’m looking for a high-level, driven Virtual Assistant to help me operate and scale my construction coaching program.

This is not an entry-level VA role.
I’m looking for someone who understands how coaching businesses actually run — funnels, students, payments, systems, and follow-through.

You’ll be working closely with me on funnels, operations, student tracking, and presentations, so attention to detail and ownership are critical.

You’ve worked with coaching programs before

You’re proactive, organized, and think in systems

You don’t wait to be told what to do — you spot problems and fix them

You’re comfortable managing multiple tools and moving between them daily

???? Key Responsibilities

Funnels & Tech

Build and edit landing pages in ClickFunnels 2.0

Optimize basic funnel flows (opt-ins, confirmations, redirects)

Work inside email marketing platforms
(ConvertKit preferred, but not required — you must be willing to learn and use it)

Operations & Student Management

Track students inside the coaching program

Monitor:

Who is active

Who has completed homework

Who is behind

Whose payments are coming up

Keep everything organized and up to date

Platforms

Experience with Skool is required
(posting, organizing content, managing members, basic admin tasks)

Presentations

Help create and organize presentations (Google Slides / similar)

Clean layouts, clear structure, not over-designed

Proven experience working with coaching programs

Hands-on experience with Skool

Strong in ClickFunnels 2.0

Comfortable with email platforms (ConvertKit is a plus)

Strong English (written)

Highly organized and reliable

Able to handle responsibility without constant supervision
