Growth Systems Operator

We are a UK growth agency that builds and runs complete marketing systems for high-ticket businesses. When we onboard a new client, we build everything from scratch: funnels, landing pages, email workflows, ad tracking, CRM setup. Then we run it and optimise it.

We are looking for someone to own the build and operations side of that work.

This is a full-time, long-term role. We are not looking for a freelancer or someone doing multiple jobs. We want someone fully committed who takes ownership and gets things done properly.


What you will do


Build and configure complete funnels in GoHighLevel — pipelines, automations, email sequences, forms, calendars, triggers
Set up and connect landing pages (we deploy on Netlify) — including domain setup, SSL, and page publishing
Install and verify Meta pixels, conversion events, and UTM tracking on all pages
Connect systems via webhooks and Zapier — making sure leads flow correctly from ads to landing page to CRM to email sequences
Keep landing page design clean and professional — layouts, spacing, fonts, mobile responsiveness
Review and clean up copy on landing pages and emails — making sure it reads clearly and matches the brief
Manage client access — Meta Business Manager, GHL sub-accounts, domain records, email sending domains
Spot and fix issues before they become problems — broken pixels, failed automations, misdirected leads



What we are looking for


You have hands-on GoHighLevel experience — you know the platform inside out. Funnels, workflows, sub-accounts, calendars, email sequences, the lot.
You have done technical marketing setup before — pixels, tracking, domains, DNS records, webhooks. Not learning it for the first time.
You are detail-oriented and thorough — things don't fall through the cracks with you. You check your work.
You can work UK business hours (or a significant overlap) — our team and clients are UK and UAE based.
You communicate clearly in written English — you can update the team on what's done, what's blocked, what's next.
You are fast — we move quickly and we need someone who can keep up.
You use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to work faster. If you're not already doing this, this is not the role for you.



What this is not

This is not a strategy role. You won't be running client calls or d ---------- what to build. We handle that. Your job is to build it correctly, quickly, and to a high standard.

If you are looking for a role where you manage people or run campaigns, this is not it. If you are someone who takes pride in the technical and operational side — building things properly, making sure everything connects — this is exactly it.
