JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a part-time Growth / CRO Operator to help us improve our ecommerce funnel through structured A/B testing.

We run a fast-growing skincare brand focused on acne and sensitive skin, primarily selling in Europe. This role is about increasing revenue by testing and optimizing key parts of the funnel — not just design, but offers, messaging, and conversion.

You will be responsible for running A/B tests across landing pages, product pages, offers and pricing, as well as email flows and upsells. Your goal is to identify what drives higher conversion, AOV, and overall revenue per visitor, and iterate quickly based on results.

We’re looking for someone with experience in DTC ecommerce who understands direct response marketing, customer psychology, and how to think beyond surface-level changes. You should be comfortable working with data, but also able to move fast and test ideas without overcomplicating things.

Knowledge of the German language is a very big plus, as our main market is German-speaking and understanding customer language and messaging is important. If you read to this point, include the word “strawberry” in your application to show that you actually read and understand the role.

This is a part-time role (around 10–20 hours per week) with a fixed payment and potential performance-based bonuses. If you’re interested, please share a few examples of your work.
