Graphic Designer (E-Commerce - Email + Web)

Menmin Made is a fast-growing stationery and journaling brand dedicated to creating products that make creativity more organized, enjoyable, and inspiring. We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to help bring our brand to life across email marketing, social media, and digital campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Design high-converting email campaigns
- Convert approved email designs into HTML
- Design graphics for social media platforms or website
- Create marketing assets for product launches, promotions, and campaigns
- Assist with light administrative tasks (approximately 1–2 hours per day)
- Collaborate with the marketing team to meet deadlines and execute campaigns
- You'll spend most of your time creating beautiful and converting email campaigns while supporting the marketing team with additional design work and occasional administrative work.

Requirements
- Strong graphic design skills with a modern, clean aesthetic
- Experience designing marketing emails
- HTML knowledge for email conversion
- Experience using Klaviyo
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design software
- Good written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Good To Have
- Video editing for Reels, TikTok, or short-form content
- Shopify experience
- Experience working with e-commerce brands or stationery industry
- Motion graphics or simple animations & Gifs

Working Hours
- This is a full-time remote contract position (8 hours per day).
- You should have 2–3 hours of overlap with PST (Pacific Time) for meetings and collaboration. The remaining hours are flexible and can be completed on your own schedule.

Compensation
- $700 - $900 USD per month
- Remote contract position
- Flexible schedule outside of the required PST overlap
