Full-Stack Web Developer – Affiliate E-Commerce Store (Proven Experience Required)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're a marketing agency building an online corporate gifting store similar to ---------- - with a full shop section (categories, product pages, search, filtering).

Important difference: we will NOT hold any products ourselves. All products come from partner companies through affiliate platforms like Awin, with full affiliate tracking in place. When a visitor clicks "buy" on our site, they complete the purchase on the partner's website and we earn commission on tracked sales.

Our current site runs on Netlify, and the new store must work with this setup (or you must propose and justify a better approach).

WHAT YOU'LL BUILD

- A shop section like ---------- : category navigation, product listings, product detail pages, search and filters
- Product data pulled from affiliate platforms (Awin product feeds/APIs) - no inventory of our own
- Correct affiliate link tracking on every outbound product click so commissions are attributed to us
- Fast, mobile-friendly, SEO-ready pages deployed on Netlify
- Admin-friendly way to manage which products/merchants are featured

MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE (do not apply without this)

- You have built an affiliate-based store or product aggregator before - you must show live examples and explain exactly what you did on each
- Hands-on work with Awin or similar affiliate networks (CJ, Rakuten, Impact, ShareASale): product feeds, deep links, tracking
- Modern web stack compatible with Netlify (e.g. Next.js/Astro/Nuxt, headless CMS, serverless functions)
- Strong English communication
