About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Contract Full-Stack Developer to help build modern web and mobile applications while developing AI-powered business solutions using the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.

You’ll work on customer-facing applications, internal business platforms, and AI Copilot projects that streamline workflows through automation and intelligent assistants.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building end-to-end solutions—from frontend interfaces to backend APIs, cloud deployments, and AI integrations.


Key Responsibilities

- Full-Stack Development
* Design and develop responsive web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript
* Build cross-platform mobile applications using React Native (iOS & Android)
* Create reusable UI components using Material UI or Tailwind CSS
* Implement authentication, authorization, and secure user management
* Build multi-step forms, dashboards, portals, and workflow applications

- Backend Development
* Develop RESTful APIs using Node.js, Express, or ASP.NET Core
* Integrate with Azure SQL Database, SQL Server, and third-party APIs
* Build secure file upload and document management solutions
* Develop business logic for CRM, loan processing, workflow, and internal applications
* Optimize application performance and database queries

- AI & Microsoft Copilot Development
* Build and deploy AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio
* Develop custom AI Agents using Azure AI Studio
* Create custom connectors to internal systems and APIs
* Design prompt flows and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
* Integrate AI assistants into customer service and internal business workflows
* Improve conversational experiences through prompt engineering and testing

- Azure Cloud & DevOps
* Deploy applications to Azure App Service
* Configure CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps
* Manage application environments and configuration variables
* Monitor deployments and troubleshoot production issues
* Maintain cloud infrastructure following Azure best practices

- Integration & Automation
* Connect applications with Azure services and enterprise platforms
* Build API integrations between CRM, databases, document management systems, and business applications
* Support Power Platform integrations where applicable
* Ensure secure data handling and compliance throughout all integrations


Required Qualifications
* 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack development
* Strong proficiency in:
* React
* Next.js
* React Native
* TypeScript / JavaScript
* Node.js / Express
* ASP.NET Core
* Experience designing and consuming REST APIs
* Strong SQL skills (Azure SQL, SQL Server, or similar)
* Experience deploying applications to Microsoft Azure
* Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows
* Ability to work independently in a remote contractor environment
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
