Frontend Manager (Google Dropshipping)

We are looking for an experienced Frontend Growth Manager to lead the commercial side of our Google Dropshipping business. This role requires someone who can build and manage teams while driving product research, market analysis, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Build, train, coach, and manage a high-performing frontend team.
Lead product research and identify winning products.
Conduct competitor analysis, pricing research, and market intelligence.
Develop and improve product listing strategies.
Create and implement scalable workflows and SOPs.
Analyze performance data and identify growth opportunities.
Work closely with operations to align supply and demand.
Implement AI-powered research and productivity systems.
Drive continuous team development and performance improvements.

Requirements

Proven experience in Google Dropshipping.
Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
Excellent English communication skills.
Extensive experience in product research and competitor analysis.
Strong understanding of e-commerce trends and market dynamics.
Experience with Shopify and related e-commerce tools.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Experience with ticketing and project management systems.
AI proficiency (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, prompt engineering, market research automation, data analysis, workflow automation).
Strong analytical mindset and decision-making skills.
Experience creating SOPs, team structures, and performance frameworks.
