JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly experienced full-stack developer to help us build the technical foundation for a luxury short-term rental and hospitality management company. Also, a major d ---------- factor will be if you are an AI savage.

We currently have our website and internal dashboard built inside Lovable and connected to Supabase. We need someone who can help us take what we have already built, clean it up, export/manage it through GitHub, host it properly, and continue building it into a real long-term system.

This is not just a basic website role. We need someone who can help with both the public-facing website and the internal web app/dashboard.

Please also share all of your experience with AI and if you know how to build custom AI agents and AI operating systems. That will be very important for our decision on who we hire.

Main Responsibilities:

* Review our current Lovable website and internal dashboard
* Help export the app/codebase to GitHub
* Set up proper hosting and deployment outside of Lovable
* Help rebuild or improve the public website so it is fast, clean, and SEO/AEO optimized
* Make sure the website has a strong HTML structure and is built correctly from a technical standpoint
* Connect forms, CRM tools, analytics, Supabase, and other integrations as needed
* Help improve the internal dashboard/admin hub over time
* Build new features, modules, dashboards, automations, and integrations
* Help us eventually add private/direct booking functionality
* Help us build toward an internal AI operating system for the business

Requirements:

* Strong experience with Next.js, React, Node.js, GitHub, and custom web app development
* Experience working with Supabase or similar backend/database tools
* Comfortable with API integrations, hosting, deployment, and database-connected apps
* Able to work with an existing project and improve/clean up what has already been built
* Strong understanding of responsive design, page speed, technical SEO, and clean site structure
* Able to communicate clearly and recommend the best technical path forward
* Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Bonus Experience:

* Experience with Lovable, Bolt, Replit, or other no-code/prototype tools
* Experience moving projects from no-code/prototype tools into custom code
* Experience building admin dashboards, owner portals, client portals, or internal business tools
* Experience with hospitality, real estate, Airbnb, direct booking sites, or marketplace platforms
* Experience with Stripe, Google Drive/API, CRM integrations, or AI integrations
* Experience with WordPress or Webflow, if that ends up being the right fit for part of the website

About Us:

We are building a luxury hospitality management company focused on high-end short-term rentals, owner experience, guest experience, and operational systems.

The goal is to build a premium public website, a strong internal admin/owner platform, and eventually a private booking experience. We are moving quickly and want someone who can help us build this the right way from the start.

Schedule:

Part-time to start, with the opportunity for ongoing long-term work if it is a good fit.

2. Examples of websites, dashboards, portals, or web apps you have built
