We're a staffing agency actively hiring Appointment Setters to place with licensed Medicare agents and agencies.

The Role:
Client outreach/Warm leads/Cold leads
Schedule appointments with people turning 65 or on Medicare who requested coverage information
Handle inbound/outbound calls, follow scripts naturally, overcome objections
Confirm appointments, send reminders, follow up on no-shows
Log everything accurately in the CRM

Full-time only, long-term — not for freelancers juggling multiple jobs

What You Need:

Strong, fluent spoken English with a neutral/minimal accent for U.S. callers
Confident phone presence, comfortable with objections
Quiet workspace, reliable internet
Full-time availability, long-term commitment
Cold calling, appointment setting experience a must
Healthcare Insurance experience is a plus

Pay & Terms:
