Amazon E-Commerce Specialist - Fully Remote

/// READ THE JOB POST BEFORE APPLYING ///

We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Amazon Specialist who thrives on turning insights into action to own the huge Amazon channel and make it one of the most powerful drivers of revenue and incremental growth in the business.

This isn’t just about managing customer service or organising shipments. You’ll manage every detail of our Amazon strategy with the help of powerful AI systems and proprietary tools. You’ll be the go-to person for executing a world-class Amazon strategy that profitably grows our organic footprint and captures market share across the board.

You’ll work closely with the director, marketing manager and broader team to achieve the best holistic results. If you’re someone who loves clean systems, smart automation, deep data, and meaningful metrics - you’ll be in your element here.

This role is highly technical, analytical, and execution-focused. You’ll be given autonomy, support, and trust to make things happen - and the opportunity to grow your skillset as our brand scales.

Key Responsibilities

The Amazon Specialist owns the performance of five core pillars (in addition to regular platform maintenance tasks):

1. Conversion Rate Optimization (CVR)

2. Organic and Agentic Ranking & Keyword Strategy

3. Amazon Advertising (PPC)

4. External Traffic Growth

5. Continual learning and improvement

This role requires a highly analytical operator capable of managing experimentation, data analysis, listing optimization, and marketplace growth strategy.

The Amazon Specialist will also have access to proprietary internal tools and datasets that provide significant competitive advantage, requiring strict confidentiality and adherence to NDA agreements.

It is critical that you keep on the forefront of Amazon strategies and information, and part of your time will be dedicated to continual learning and improvement.

Proprietary Tools & Data

The Amazon Specialist will have access to proprietary internal Amazon intelligence tools and AI systems developed by the company. This information is considered highly confidential. All employees must sign an NDA and non-compete agreement regarding this data.
