Role Description
We are seeking a highly organized, remote, contract Virtual Assistant to support our fast-paced e-commerce operations. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily activities, handling tasks such as customer inquiries, exchanges and returns, basic administrative support, and coordinating with our marketing teams. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring smooth day-to-day operations to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-energy, dynamic environment, possesses excellent problem-solving skills, and has a strong understanding of modern e-commerce workflows.

Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant, particularly within the e-commerce sector.

Proficient in English for clear, effective communication with the team and our customers (at least C1 level).

Availability to work according to Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT).

Strong proficiency in standard office and administrative tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain strict attention to detail.

Demonstrated experience in handling customer support inquiries and ensuring a positive, brand-aligned customer experience.

Location: This is a strictly REMOTE position.
