Executive Assistant - Hiring & Support

We need a part-time Executive Assistant / operations VA who can keep hiring and support work moving without constant reminders.

Main responsibilities:
- Help hire QA testers and Product UX Designers: source candidates, review applications, maintain shortlists, schedule interviews, track decisions, and follow up promptly.
- Draft and send personalized LinkedIn outreach and follow-ups through approved company accounts and channels when access is available. Never use a personal account or bypass platform restrictions.
- Research candidates, tools, vendors, and operational questions, then return a short recommendation with checked source links.
- Help triage support tickets, draft clear replies from approved policies, organize evidence, and escalate billing, access, or technical issues instead of guessing.
- Keep trackers current so the owner can see who is waiting, what is blocked, and what decision is needed.

Optional, not the core role:
- Research competitor ads, organize creative references, and coordinate briefs. You will not launch ads or change spend without approval.
