About the Role
We're looking for a competent, self-driven, and adaptable Executive Assistant to support our growing sales operations. You'll be working directly with the owner of the business focusing on daily operations. We need someone who takes ownership, moves fast, and doesn't wait to be told what to do next.
Key Responsibilities
- Handles bookings, setting appointments through calls,
- Manage and respond to
- Maintain and update records in Google Sheets (lead lists, trackers, logs)
- Support daily sales tasks as assigned by the team
- Identify gaps or opportunities and act on them without waiting to be asked
Requirements
- Excellent verbal English communication skills — this is non-negotiable. You must be able to speak clearly, confidently, and professionally on calls. Heavy accents or poor fluency will not be considered
- Strong written English communication skills for
- Clear, professional English-speaking voice suitable for calling — you should sound natural, not scripted
- Proficient in Google Sheets (data entry, basic formulas, formatting)
- Experience in
- Fast learner — picks up new tools, processes, and systems quickly
- Self-starter mindset — takes initiative, executes independently, and doesn't need constant supervision or approval to move forward
- Decisive and action-oriented — makes reasonable judgment calls and moves on without overthinking
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment for calls
- Must be available to work in EST hours — specific schedule to be discussed upon hiring
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Nice to Have (Not Required):
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central or Amazon operations
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM
