Full-Time Xactimate Estimator (Remote – Philippines)

Salary: $1,600–$2,000 USD per Month + Performance Bonuses

American Restoration is seeking an experienced Xactimate Estimator to join our growing team. This is a long-term remote position working directly with a United States restoration company specializing in insurance reconstruction, water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, and emergency services.

We are looking for someone who can independently write accurate Xactimate estimates, create sketches, and help move insurance claims efficiently through the restoration process.

This is not an entry-level position. Applicants should already be comfortable using Xactimate and preparing estimates for insurance restoration projects.

Schedule

Monday through Friday

Schedule options may include:

• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time (9:00 PM – 5:00 AM Philippines Time)
• 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM Philippines Time)

No weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Write accurate Xactimate estimates for insurance claims
• Create sketches in Xactimate
• Estimate water, fire, mold, biohazard, and reconstruction projects
• Review documentation, photos, and scopes for completeness
• Prepare estimate packages for carrier submission
• Identify missing documentation and proactively follow up
• Assist with supplements and estimate revisions when needed
• Maintain organized and accurate file documentation
• Communicate professionally with internal tea ---------- mbers
• Learn and utilize company software and systems
• Follow company procedures and quality standards

Requirements

• Previous experience writing Xactimate estimates is required
• Ability to create sketches in Xactimate
• Understanding of insurance restoration and reconstruction projects
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
• Reliable internet connection and home office setup
• Ability to work U.S. business hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with water mitigation estimating
• Experience with fire, mold, or reconstruction estimating
• Experience reviewing carrier guidelines
• Familiarity with restoration industry workflows
