Responsibilities:
• Write accurate and detailed estimates for:
? Standard vehicles (collision/hail/flood)
? Heavy-duty trucks & equipment
? Specialty vehicles (e.g. RVs, trailers, customs)
? Motorcycles
• Use estimating software such as CCC One, Audatex, or Mitchell
• Review damage photos and documentation to complete virtual desk estimates
• Follow carrier-specific guidelines and repair standards
• Communicate with internal auditors and management for revisions and clarifications
• Ensure fast turnaround times and file accuracy

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of estimating experience (preferably U.S. market)
• Strong knowledge of body repair processes for autos and heavy equipment
• Proficiency in CCC One and/or Audatex (required)
• Ability to read and analyze repair photos and documentation
• Reliable internet and computer setup
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Experience with motorcycle and specialty vehicle claims is a major plus

Preferred:
• Previous experience working with U.S. insurance carriers or IA firms
• I-CAR or ASE certifications (a bonus but not required)
