About the Role

We're seeking an Estimating Coordinator to support our team by organizing project information, preparing estimated drafts, and helping ensure proposals are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

- Gather and organize project information
- Prepare estimate drafts using company templates
- Maintain material lists and project documentation
- Follow up on pending quotes and customer requests
- Assist with proposal preparation and project coordination

Qualifications

- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience in construction, estimating, or project coordination is a plus
- Willingness to adopt efficient digital workflows
