We're looking for a Lead Coordinator (Engineering & Client Success) to support commercial building projects across the United States. If you have an engineering background, enjoy working with clients, and excel at keeping projects organized, we'd love to hear from you.

This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely with a growing U.S. engineering team while serving as the bridge between engineers and clients on high-impact commercial projects.

What You'll Do

Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the engineering team.
Coordinate project updates and ensure smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Support business development and help identify client needs.
Communicate technical information clearly to clients and project stakeholders.
Track project progress and keep multiple priorities organized.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
Experience in client success, project coordination, business development, or sales is highly preferred.
Familiarity with commercial construction, MEP engineering, BIM workflows, or energy calculations is an advantage.
Experience using CRM or project management software is a plus.
Compensation

USD $10–$15/hour (based on experience)
