---------- , a leading online retailer of office and commercial products based in Los Angeles, is expanding our eCommerce team and looking for a Detail-Oriented and Tech-Savvy eCommerce Product Content Specialist. If you have a passion for organizing and optimizing product content, and you’re ready for a long-term, stable position, this role could be perfect for you!

In this role, you will be responsible for researching, analyzing, and curating product information to create an exceptional, user-friendly shopping experience. Using Excel and our Magento backend system, you'll ensure all product content is accurate, compelling, and optimized to drive conversions. You will also review and improve existing product content regularly, supporting our goal of enhancing the overall customer experience and boosting sales.

Key Responsibilities:
* Research & Curate Product Information: Gather and organize product data from manufacturers and suppliers, ensuring all details are clear and up-to-date.
* Content Optimization: Edit and optimize product listings to enhance SEO, improve visibility, and maximize conversion rates on our website.
* Magento Content Management: Use our Magento platform to manage and update product content, ensuring everything is accurate and in line with our standards.
* Ongoing Content Review: Regularly audit existing product listings and make updates to enhance quality and relevance.
* Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to ensure content aligns with our overall marketing and sales goals.

Requirements:
* Proficient in English: Excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills.
* Excel Expertise: Strong working knowledge of Excel, including various formulas for data organization and analysis.
* Basic Photoshop Skills: Ability to perform simple image editing tasks.
* Basic HTML Knowledge: Some familiarity with HTML to edit product listings and web pages.
* eCommerce Catalog Experience: Experience with platforms such as Magento, BigCommerce, Shopify, or similar eCommerce systems.
* Full-Time Availability: Ability to work 40 hours per week, with 4 hours of daily overlap (8 AM to 6 PM PST).
* Exclusivity: This is a full-time role, and applicants must commit to this position exclusively (no other jobs).

Preferred (But Not Required):
* Graphic Design Experience: Experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
* Copywriting Skills: Ability to craft compelling product descriptions and content.
* Project Management Tools: Familiarity with Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or Jira.
* SEO/SEM Knowledge: Basic understanding of keyword significance for SEO and SEM purposes.
