Ecommerce Assistant VA

We’re looking for a highly proactive and results-driven E-commerce Assistant VA to manage our in-house brands end-to-end and drive sustainable growth. The ideal candidate has deep experience with Amazon Seller Central (or similar marketplaces), understands the nuances of advanced PPC beyond auto-campaigns, and can independently navigate the complexities of inventory management and shipment creation.

What you’ll do:
-Manage in-house brand operations end-to-end within Amazon Seller Central and other marketplaces
-Perform full listing optimization, including SEO, keyword research, and managing A+ content
-Execute and optimize advanced PPC strategies, moving beyond auto campaigns to manual keyword targeting (Exact, Phrase, Broad)
-Handle the end-to-end shipment creation process and coordinate FBA logistics independently
-Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure continuous product availability
-Conduct regular account audits to maintain account health and resolve suppressed listings
-Analyze sales data and advertising reports to provide actionable growth insights
-Collaborate with the creative and supply chain teams to ensure brand alignment and stock efficiency

What we’re looking for:
-3+ years of experience in E-commerce Account Management (Amazon experience highly preferred)
-Proven expertise in PPC management and keyword harvesting (experience with Helium 10 or Jungle Scout required)
-Strong technical knowledge of shipment creation and marketplace logistics
-Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple product lines simultaneously
-Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
-Excellent written English skills for listing optimization and backend SEO
-Ability to work independently and take full ownership of brand performance
-Experience in the skincare or beauty industry is a significant plus
