We're a fast-growing direct-to-consumer supplement brand looking for a seasoned customer support rep who can hit the ground running on day one. No training provided. No hand-holding. You either know this or you don't.
What you must already know how to do:
Cancel and edit orders in Shopify — without being shown how
Cancel and modify customer subscriptions (Recharge or similar)
Communicate directly with suppliers on order changes, delays, and fulfillment issues
Handle customer tickets independently with zero escalation needed for routine issues
Requirements:
5+ years of customer support experience in DTC e-commerce
Shopify experience is non-negotiable
Subscription management experience is non-negotiable
Supplier communication experience is non-negotiable
You are self-sufficient, fast, and professional
This is not a role for someone learning the ropes. If you need to be trained on Shopify basics or how to talk to a supplier, this is not the right fit.
