eCommerce Virtual Assistant

We are expanding our remote team and looking for a reliable, disciplined, and ambitious eCommerce Virtual Assistant who wants long-term growth.

Our local agency is based in the Philippines and manages multiple eCommerce brands for international clients. This role is for someone who takes work seriously, learns fast, and wants to build a real career in digital work, not just a short-term VA job.

This is a busy and fast-paced role. Since we work with multiple clients, there will be days with several tasks, urgent revisions, and deadlines. We need someone who can stay organized, work under pressure, follow instructions properly, and remain reliable even when the workload gets heavy.

Please note that occasional overtime may be required when there are urgent client tasks, important deadlines, or time-sensitive updates. This does not happen every day, but we need someone who understands that eCommerce work can sometimes require flexibility.

Responsibilities

You will support daily operations across multiple eCommerce brands. Tasks include:

• Managing and updating Shopify, WooCommerce, and Amazon stores
• Writing, editing, and optimizing product listings
• Conducting product, competitor, and market research
• Handling basic customer service and order processing
• Completing website updates and admin tasks
• Assisting with marketing and content-related tasks
• Creating simple graphics and visuals using Canva
• Helping with basic website layout and design improvements
• Using ChatGPT and AI tools to improve speed and accuracy
• Following systems, checklists, and instructions precisely
• Handling multiple tasks across different client accounts
• Responding quickly to task updates during working hours
• Staying organized even when the workload is busy

As you improve, you will manage client accounts more independently and take on higher-value tasks.

Requirements

• Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working in a busy and fast-paced environment
• Able to handle pressure and urgent tasks professionally
• Own laptop or desktop
• Stable, high-speed internet connection
• Fully available during assigned working hours
• No other job, client, or commitment that will affect your focus, schedule, or performance

Preferred but Not Required

• Experience with Shopify
• Basic graphic design skills or Canva experience
• Understanding of layout, spacing, and clean design
• Familiarity with ChatGPT or other AI tools
• Basic video editing skills using CapCut
• Previous VA, eCommerce, customer service, or admin experience

We prioritize attitude, discipline, consistency, and reliability over years of experience. Skills can be trained, but work ethic, honesty, and commitment are required from the start.

Compensation and Growth

• Monthly Range: ?25,000 to ?30,000
• Performance Bonus: ?5,000 to ?8,000 per month
