JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy E-commerce Virtual Assistant to support our online store operations. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience handling product listings on e-commerce platforms and be proficient in administrative tasks, inventory management, and customer support. Key Responsibilities:
- Product Listing Management: Upload, update, and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay, Etsy).
- Product Data Entry: Ensure accurate and detailed product descriptions, pricing, and images.
- Inventory Tracking: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers or internal teams to prevent stockouts.
- Order Processing: Assist in processing, tracking, and updating orders, ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media, handling complaints and refunds professionally.
- SEO Optimization: Optimize product titles, descriptions, and tags for better search visibility.
- Competitor Analysis: Research market trends, pricing strategies, and customer preferences to enhance store performance. - Administrative Tasks: Manage emails, reports, and other e-commerce-related documentation.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience handling product listings on e-commerce platforms.
- Proficiency in Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or similar platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with SEO, keyword research, and product optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with order processing and basic inventory management.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Notion).
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with basic graphic design for product images (Canva, Photoshop).
- Background in digital marketing, social media management, or customer service.
- Knowledge of drop shipping or fulfillment processes.
