eCommerce Operations Specialist

Listing Creation & Product Launches
- Create and publish engaging listings on eBay, Poshmark, Mercari and Depop.
- Research brands, styles, and fashion trends in Men’s and Women’s clothing.
- Use platform-specific tools and market data to determine sell-through rates and set optimal pricing.
- Keep our listings fresh, accurate, and optimized for visibility and conversion.

Daily Performance & Reporting
- Run and analyze daily store performance reports.
- Log key data points into spreadsheets to help track growth and uncover opportunities.
- Share insights with the team to continuously improve our operations.

Sales Campaigns & Strategy
- Brainstorm, set up, and manage promotional campaigns to boost traffic and sales.
- Track effectiveness and suggest adjustments to optimize results.

Customer Support & Satisfaction
- Respond to customer questions, issues, and return requests across all platforms.
- Maintain a friendly, professional tone while resolving problems efficiently.
- Be the voice of our brand – ensuring a positive, seamless customer journey from start to finish.

Tools You’ll Be Using
- Google Workspace: Gmail, Calendar, Google Sheets, Docs – you'll be living in these!
- Slack: For daily communication and team updates.
- Google Meet & Zoom: For meetings and check-ins with tea ---------- mbers and leadership.

Requirements
- Familiarity with online resale platforms (eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop) – either as a buyer, seller, or both.
- Strong interest or experience in fashion and clothing categories.
- Comfortable working in spreadsheets and navigating digital tools.
- Dedicated to full-time hours and not juggling other work commitments.
