We are a fast-moving ecommerce brand looking for an experienced, self-driven Operations Manager.
This is not a training role, and it is NOT for beginners.
We need someone who already knows what they are doing, can hit the ground running, and thrives under pressure.
You will be given clear goals and the autonomy to execute.
But we move fast and we expect you to move fast with us.
If you need constant hand-holding or step-by-step instructions for every task, this role is not for you.
If you are experienced, proactive, pressure-tested, and take pride in owning your work, we want to hear from you.
///////////// Your responsibilities will include ///////////////
* Shopify Order Management — Processing orders, tracking shipments, handling cancellations, refunds, and keeping the dashboard clean and organized at all times.
* Supliful Coordination — Proactively communicating with our supplier to resolve fulfillment issues before they ever reach the customer.
* Customer Service — Managing all customer inquiries professionally and promptly via Gorgias. Fast responses, happy customers, and minimal refunds is the standard.
* Stripe — Recovering failed transactions by reaching out to customers directly, and managing disputes and chargebacks to protect the business.

* Daily Reporting — Sending a concise daily summary covering orders processed, CS tickets resolved, issues flagged, and anything requiring a decision from the owner.

* Excellent written English — non-negotiable. You are representing our brand directly to customers.
* Proven, hands-on Shopify experience — order management, not store building.
* Experience with Stripe — including failed payment recovery and dispute management.
* Familiar with
* Able to work independently, manage your own priorities, and make smart decisions without being micromanaged.
* Able to perform under pressure and move quickly when problems arise.
* Available 9am–5pm EST (New York time). This is a night shift in the Philippines

* Reliable high-speed internet with a backup connection (mobile data or pocket WiFi) for outages.
