eBay Store Manager & Growth Specialist

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced eBay Store Manager to help build, manage, and scale our eBay business.
This is a long-term position for someone who understands eCommerce operations, product sourcing, listing optimization, customer service, inventory management, and sales growth.
We are not looking for a basic virtual assistant.
We are looking for someone who can identify profitable products, optimize listings, manage operations, and help grow revenue consistently.

Responsibilities

Store Management
- Manage daily eBay store operations
- Create and optimize listings
- Monitor account health and performance metrics
- Process orders and manage fulfillment
- Handle customer messages and disputes
- Maintain seller performance standards
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends

Product Research
- Identify profitable products and niches
- Research trending and high-demand products
- Analyze competitor listings
- Evaluate profit margins and sales velocity
- Source products from wholesalers, distributors, and online marketplaces
- Present product opportunities with supporting data

Listing Optimization
- Create high-converting product titles
- Optimize product descriptions
- Improve listing SEO
- Create variation listings
- Enhance product images and graphics
- Maximize listing visibility within eBay search

Inventory & Operations
- Track inventory levels
- Prevent overselling
- Coordinate with suppliers
- Monitor shipping performance
- Manage returns and refunds
- Maintain operational efficiency

Graphic Design
- Create listing images
- Design promotional graphics
- Create infographics for product listings
- Edit product photos
- Maintain consistent branding

Required Skills
Must Have
- Previous eBay management experience
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong product research skills
- Experience with eBay SEO
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities
- Attention to detail

Preferred
- Experience with Terapeak
- Experience with Zik Analytics
- Experience with dropshipping or wholesale sourcing
- Experience with inventory management software
- Experience scaling eBay stores beyond $50,000/month
