eBay Store Assistant – Auto Parts (RockAuto Sourcing & Order Fulfillment)

I’m looking for a dependable, detail-oriented assistant from the Philippines to help run my eBay auto-parts business. We source parts from ---------- and focus on items that sell quickly, starting with high-demand brands like Toyota, Honda, Nissan, and similar vehicles. The goal is to build out the store with the parts most likely to move, then expand from there.

This is a long-term role for someone who can manage listings, maintain accuracy, and handle daily order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

Research and identify parts on RockAuto that are in high demand

Create and update eBay listings (titles, item specifics, compatibility, pricing)

Relist and optimize existing listings to improve visibility

Follow a fixed profit margin when pricing parts

Fulfill orders by purchasing the correct part from RockAuto and entering buyer details

Upload tracking information and monitor deliveries

Keep an eye on out-of-stock items and price changes

Respond to eBay customer questions when needed

Provide simple daily or weekly updates on tasks completed

Who I’m Looking For

Someone with experience in eBay, dropshipping, or e-commerce

Comfortable working with auto parts or willing to learn quickly

Strong attention to detail — accuracy is extremely important in this role

Good written English

Able to work independently and stay organized

Reliable internet and computer

Preferred Skills (Not required but helpful)

Knowledge of auto parts

Familiarity with RockAuto

Google Sheets/Excel

Basic photo editing

Experience with any eBay listing software

Schedule

Flexible hours — mainly checking orders and messages daily. Orders should be fulfilled promptly once they come in.

Compensation

Monthly salary (based on experience)
