The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated eBay Customer Service and Listing Specialist to manage our eBay customer inquiries and list new auctions. This position requires a highly organized individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to customer inquiries via eBay's messaging system in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive experience.
List new auctions on eBay, including writing product descriptions, setting prices, and uploading photos.
Monitor auction activity and perform adjustments as necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with the team to identify and implement improvements in our eBay operations.
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience with eBay listing and customer service preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Basic knowledge of photo editing and product presentation.
A positive attitude and a team player.
