eBay Auto Parts Store Manager — Daily Listing Optimization and Store Management

ABOUT THIS ROLE
Select Auto Parts & Sales is a large indoor automotive recycling facility in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented virtual assistant to manage and rebuild our eBay Motors store full time, Monday through Friday.

This is a long-term role for someone who follows systems, communicates consistently, and takes pride in doing the work correctly every time. We have a detailed SOP, a custom AI tool that handles title and description generation, and a clear process for every task. Your job is to execute that process accurately and consistently every day.

WHAT YOU WILL DO EVERY DAY

Optimize and publish new eBay auto parts listings
30 to 40 per day
Delist stale and underperforming listings
25 per day
Answer customer messages on the eBay store
Same day response
Send offers to listings with watchers and no recent sales
All qualifying listings daily
Submit daily activity report to company CRM
Every day before end of shift
Submit weekly performance summary
Every Friday

NOTE: Pay is based on verified weekly deliverables — not hours tracked. As long as the daily targets are met and the work meets the quality standard, you will be paid every Friday without exception.

• Daniel GPT — our custom AI tool for generating listing titles, descriptions, and item specifics
• eBay Seller Hub — for listing management, sold comp research, and performance tracking
• GoHighLevel — our CRM for daily reporting
• Google Sheets — daily tracking log

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Experience building eBay product listings — auto parts experience is a strong advantage
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of a daily workflow
• Strong attention to detail — listing errors have direct financial consequences
• Reliable and consistent — this is a Monday through Friday commitment
• Good written English — you will be responding to customer messages
• Someone who follows a system and asks questions when unsure rather than guessing

TRIAL PERIOD
