Key Responsibilities
Listing Management: Create and optimize high-quality listings with accurate descriptions, competitive pricing, and SEO-friendly titles to maximize visibility.

Inventory & Logistics: Monitor stock levels, manage replenishment, and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely shipping and accurate tracking.

Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics including sales growth, conversion rates, and eBay Seller Standards to maintain "Top Rated Plus" status.

Customer Excellence: Resolve customer inquiries, manage returns, and handle disputes professionally to maintain a high positive feedback rating.

Promotions: Execute eBay advertising campaigns (Promoted Listings) and seasonal store promotions to drive traffic.

Qualifications
Experience: Proven track record of managing a high-volume eBay store

Technical Skills: Proficiency with eBay Seller Hub

Analytical Ability: Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

Communication: Excellent written communication for professional customer interaction.

Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage complex inventory lists and fine-tune listing details without errors.
