E-commerce Virtual Assistant (Operations & Profit Optimization)

Location: Remote (Philippines-based applicants only).
Job Type: Full-time.
Rate: $4 USD/hour.
Must have 4+ hours overlap with CET, or flexible/async-friendly with weekly syncs.

We're an expanding e-commerce business focused on marketplace optimization. We're hiring our second VA to help execute profit-driving tasks, monitor the health of our top-performing product listings, and support light content creation. You'll work closely with the CEO, Content Manager, and our current VA.

Key Responsibilities
1. Profit Optimization
Execute the profit-generating workflows we introduced earlier this year, following documented SOPs.
Work within a three-person loop (management, current VA, you) at the beginning to keep these tasks on schedule and accurate.
Help analyze conversion rates, update SOPs as processes evolve, and flag listing quality issues that affect revenue.

2. Portfolio & Listing Monitoring
Own daily monitoring for three specific product lines (assigned during onboarding).
Track listing health, price stability, buy-box status, and hijack risk.
Use specific tracking tools to pull data, watch competitor activity, and recommend listing adjustments.

3. Basic AI-Assisted Creative
Use AI image tools (Canva AI, Banana Pro, or similar) to produce simple product visuals.
No design background needed; we're looking for solid prompting, selection, and light refinement skills.

4. General Marketplace Support
Help with keyword injection and ongoing SEO updates on listings.
Draft, format, and organize internal docs and communications.
Flag workflow bottlenecks and suggest fixes proactively.

Requirements
Prior VA experience in e-commerce (Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, ---------- , etc.).
Comfortable with, or quick to learn, AI image tools.
Familiarity with marketplace analytics/tracking tool.
Solid grasp of e-commerce profit margins and conversion optimization.
Excellent written English; able to follow structured SOPs closely.
Proactive and comfortable in a small, fast-moving team with minimal hand-holding.

Nice to Have
* Experience specifically with ---------- and Amazon Europe.
* Background in keyword/SEO research for marketplace listings.
