Join our fully remote team as an E-Commerce App Technical Support!

This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced professionals and fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in SaaS, eCommerce, and technical support.

We're looking for a customer-focused professional to deliver exceptional support while building an understanding of each client's business needs. In this role, you'll provide timely, personalized assistance, troubleshoot technical issues, and help customers achieve their goals. The ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive, and enjoys solving problems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver prompt, professional, and effective support through various customer communication channels.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues while providing accurate, customer-centric solutions.
- Create, manage, and track Jira tickets, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Develop a strong understanding of customers' businesses to offer tailored recommendations and support.
- Recommend conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices with guidance from internal specialists.
- Work closely with tea ---------- mbers to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-first approach.
- Highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently without relying heavily on scripts.
- A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and succeed in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably within SaaS, eCommerce, or technology industries.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM and ticketing systems.
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and best practices.

Working Hours:
- Full-time, remote (work from home)
- 5 days per week, 8 hours per shift
- Shifting schedule (24/7 support coverage)
