E-Commerce Operations Manager

Shopify, TikTok Shop, Customer Support, Content Coordination & Daily Business Operations
Full-Time | Remote | Must Work Eastern Time Hours

We are a growing wellness, beauty, hair-care, skincare, supplement, and lifestyle company seeking a highly capable E-Commerce Operations Manager to take ownership of the daily work required to keep the business organized, responsive, and growing.

What You Will Own

Shopify and Website Operations
You will be responsible for the daily management and upkeep of our Shopify stores, including:
Adding and updating products
Writing and editing product descriptions
Updating product images, pricing, variants, collections, and inventory
Reviewing product pages for missing or incorrect information
Checking links, discount codes, bundles, subscriptions, and apps
Monitoring orders, fulfillment, shipping delays, cancellations, and refunds
Coordinating with vendors, print-on-demand partners, and fulfillment providers
Fixing or escalating store issues quickly
Supporting product launches and promotional campaigns
Making sure customers receive accurate information before and after purchasing

TikTok Shop Operations
You will help manage and maintain TikTok Shop

Customer Support
You will help make sure customers receive timely, professional, and accurate support.
Responsibilities include:
Managing memberships and subscriptions
Monitoring customer emails and messages


Content and Social Media Coordination
You will support the daily organization and execution of content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest YouTube, and email.

Required Qualifications
You must have:
At least 2-3 years of hands-on e-commerce experience
Strong Shopify experience
TikTok Shop experience
Experience with product listings, orders, customer support, and store maintenance
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Strong written English
Clear verbal communication
Experience working remotely with minimal supervision
Strong Google Workspace skills
Experience using ChatGPT or other AI tools responsibly
Canva skills
CapCut skills
Availability during Eastern Time business hours
A reliable computer and internet connection
Affiliate or creator outreach
Wellness, beauty, skincare, hair-care, supplements, or apparel experience
Meta Business Suite

Email marketing
Social media scheduling
Product launch support
SOP creation
Basic reporting and analytics
