E-commerce Operations Assistant

BV Technologies USA LLC is a US-registered e-commerce company with operations spanning the US and Asia. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Assistant to support day-to-day marketplace operations and data reporting for the CEO.


Key Responsibilities

Amazon Marketplace Operations


Support day-to-day Amazon Seller Central operations: listings management, inventory monitoring, order/case issue follow-up
Assist with Amazon Advertising campaign setup, monitoring, and basic optimization (Sponsored Products/Brands)
Track key ad metrics (ACOS, TACOS, spend, conversion rate) and flag anomalies or opportunities


Data & Reporting


Build and maintain reporting dashboards in Google Sheets
Pull and organize data from multiple sources (Amazon, ad platforms, etc.) into clean, actionable reports
Apply data sensitivity to identify trends, spot issues early, and proactively suggest improvements


Process & Automation


Use Claude (AI assistant) to help automate repetitive tasks, drafting, and data summarization
Apply basic scripting/automation (e.g., Google Apps Script, Python, or similar) to streamline recurring operational tasks


General Operations Support


Provide general administrative and operational support to the CEO as needed
Maintain organized documentation of processes and performance history



Requirements


Experience with Amazon Seller Central back-end operations
Experience with Amazon Advertising campaign management
Strong data sensitivity — comfortable reading performance metrics and drawing conclusions
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards)
Experience using Claude or similar AI tools in daily workflow
Basic scripting/programming ability (e.g., Google Apps Script, Python, or similar)
Strong written English communication
Self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote, async environment


Preferred (Nice to Have)


Prior experience supporting a founder/CEO directly in an e-commerce business
Familiarity with other marketplaces (Shopify, TikTok Shop, etc.)
