We are a growing digital company based in the Netherlands and we are looking for a skilled e-Learning Developer to help us build a complete online course for the Norwegian boating license (batforer prøven). Your job: take the content we provide and turn it into a professional, interactive online course on a platform like Teachable, Thinkific, or a similar LMS.

You are NOT doing content research or writing. The course content will be provided to you. Your job is to structure it, build it out on the platform, add quizzes, format lessons, and make sure the end result feels like a polished, professional course that students enjoy learning from.

What You'll Do:
- Set up and configure the course structure on Teachable, Thinkific, or agreed LMS platform
- Upload and format written course content into clean, well-structured lessons and modules
- Build interactive quizzes and knowledge checks between modules
- Embed video content and other media where needed
- Ensure the course flows logically and is easy to navigate for students
- Apply consistent branding, fonts, and styling throughout the course
- Test the full course before launch to catch any errors or broken elements

Requirements:
- Hands-on experience building courses on Teachable, Thinkific, or a similar LMS platform
- Strong eye for layout, design, and user experience - the course must look professional
- Able to build quizzes, assessments, and progress tracking within the platform
- Detail-oriented and thorough - you test everything before calling it done
- Reliable, able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Stable internet connection and consistent availability

Nice to Have:
- Experience with video editing or embedding video content in courses
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Notion, or Google Docs for working with source material
- Experience building multilingual or translated course content
- Previous remote work experience

Compensation:
- $5 - $8 per hour (depending on experience)
- Paid weekly or bi-weekly
