Overview. I need a reliable virtual assistant to pull and organize daily sales metrics from two sources. My GoHighLevel account and Instagram DM funnel data reported by my setter. This is straightforward data entry that takes 30+ minutes per day. The work is consistent, repeatable, and requires PIN POINT accuracy.

Daily Responsibilities. Every morning at 7. 00 AM EST, you'll do two things. First, pull from GoHighLevel.


Number of calls booked yesterday
Number of calls that showed up
Number of no-shows
Number of closes
Total revenue collected
Second, receive the Instagram funnel data from my setter's report.

DM responses sent
Leads engaged in DMs
Calendar links clicked
Calls booked from Instagram DMs specifically
Enter all of this into a Google Sheet template I provide. One row per day, same columns every time.

Requirements.

Available to work Monday-Friday, 7. 00 AM EST consistently
Familiar with GoHighLevel or willing to learn it quickly
Able to receive and accurately transcribe data from my setter's daily reports
Attention to detail is non-negotiable. Numbers must match what my setter reports and what GHL shows
Reliable. If you miss a day, tell me in advance
Clear English communication
Timezone doesn't matter as long as you hit the 7 AM EST deadline

Consistent, accurate work locks in the ongoing role. Ghosting, missed days, or sloppy numbers ends it immediately.
