Direct-Response VSL Editor (Supplement Brand — High Volume)

We're a fast-growing DR supplement brand running Meta ads. We need a fast, reliable VSL editor to turn our scripts into scroll-stopping video ads. You'll get finished scripts, VO, and creative direction — your job is to execute them into high-retention VSLs, fast.

What you'll do:

Edit 5–7 test-ready VSL concepts + variations per week from provided scripts
Cut long-form story VSLs (60s–2.5min) with strong hooks, tight pacing, and pattern interrupts
Source & sync b-roll / stock / archival footage to voiceover
Add styled captions, sound design, music, and effects (old-film looks, zooms, text animation)
Export in Meta ad specs (4:5, 9:16, 1:1) with the hook nailed in the first 3 seconds
Rapidly produce hook & VO variations of winning ads for testing
You must have:

Proven DR / performance-ad editing experience (portfolio required — show me VSLs that ran on Meta/YouTube)
Speed + reliability — this is a volume role, deadlines are sacred
Strong grasp of hooks, retention, and DR pacing (not just "pretty" edits)
Fluency in Premiere/After Effects/CapCut + caption tools
Great communication and the ability to take direction and iterate fast
Bonus:

Experience in health/supplement/nutra DR
AI tooling (b-roll generation, ElevenLabs, etc.)
UGC editing
