Data Warehousing Specialist with Microsoft Forms experience

I am currently underway building a data warehouse. My architect is building a data capture warehouse with storage and out put reporting. All being built in Azure/SQL. I need a highly qualified person to assist the completion of the build by integrating Front user forms in Microsoft Forms or Power platform. I need someone with excellent English skills to work with the architect and then to monitor the data and forms on an ongoing basis.
