Sometimes you'll need to be a sleuth, and uncover areas where things don't add up.

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Order Processing & Data Entry Specialist to support our operations team. This role is critical in ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately, tracking information is updated in real time, and customers receive timely shipping notifications through Shopify to improve delivery success rates and reduce returns to sender.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, catches small discrepancies before they become problems, and takes pride in maintaining accurate records.
