We're looking for an experienced Data Engineer to build and own our marketing analytics data pipeline — from live ad platform APIs to auto-refreshing client dashboards. We are looking for someone who has actually built automated, API-based pipelines before (not just assisted on one) and can replace that manual process end-to-end: extraction, cleaning, loading into Supabase, and dashboards that update themselves with built-in data quality checks.
What you'll do:
-Connect Google Ads, Meta Ads,
-Own the full ETL process: extract, clean, standardize, and load data into Supabase
-Build and maintain automated workflows (N8N,
-Set up data quality checks and alerts so issues are caught automatically, before they ever reach a client
-Build clean, structured dashboards connected to live data
-Investigate and fix reporting discrepancies at the source, not just patch the symptom on the dashboard
-Help spot trends/issues in the data and turn them into simple, actionable recommendations a non-technical client can act on
-Design clean, maintainable table structures so reporting stays reliable as we add more accounts
Must-haves:
-Real, hands-on experience connecting Google Ads or Meta Ads data to a live dashboard — this is mandatory, not "assisted with"
-Proven track record building automated ETL pipelines/workflows end-to-end
-Hands-on experience with automation tools: N8N,
-Strong daily SQL joins, aggregations, data cleaning, optimization
-Python for scripting and pipeline work
-Hands-on database experience: Supabase, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, or Snowflake
-Experience connecting platforms to databases via REST APIs
-Comfortable working independently and owning a pipeline end-to-end, not just a piece of it
Nice-to-have:
-Prior experience in a digital marketing agency
-Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift)
-A portfolio of dashboards that drove real business decisions for a client
Work setup: Remote, full-time. You'll be working with data from real, active client ad accounts — accuracy and reliability matter more than output speed.
To apply: Send your resume + a short Loom video (3-5 min) walking us through one Google/Meta Ads-to-dashboard pipeline you've built — what platforms it connected, what automation tool you used, and how you handled it when something broke (API failure, rate limit, bad data, etc.).
