Data Analyst

Role Overview:
We're hiring a Data Analyst to own the complete data pipeline — from raw sources to dashboards that drive decisions. You'll build automated data connections, clean and model data in a modern warehouse, and turn dashboards into actionable insights for agency clients. This is a hands-on role where you'll code, advise, and see your work used every week.

Role and Responsibilities:
-Connect data sources via APIs and connectors; build and own the ETL process (extract, transform, load into Supabase)
-Design clean, scalable table structures and automate pipeline refreshes with data-quality checks
-Create clear dashboards in Zoho Analytics that answer real business questions
-Interpret dashboards to surface trends and anomalies; translate analysis into plain-language recommendations for non-technical stakeholders

Must-Have Requirements:
-Strong SQL and Python (or similar) for scripting and automation
-Hands-on experience building ETL pipelines and data modeling (fact/dimension, star-schema)
-Experience connecting data sources via APIs and connectors
-Hands-on experience with Zoho Analytics (dashboards, reports, workspaces)
-Experience with a modern database (Supabase, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, or Snowflake)
