We are a fast-growing, high-volume data analytics and e-commerce enterprise looking for a long-term Remote Software Engineer specialized in high-performance web automation, data extraction, and real-time inventory management. Over the last month, our operation has scaled significantly, and we are now looking for a dedicated engineer to optimize our system architecture.This role offers a unique, long-term opportunity with a performance-driven compensation structure tied directly to platform efficiency and system uptime.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
High-Speed Automation Pipelines: Build, monitor, and optimize backend automated scripts for large-scale e-commerce platforms and inventory networks.Network & Session Management: Implement efficient cookie, proxy, and session management systems to ensure reliable, high-uptime server interactions.System Optimization: Deeply analyze high-traffic digital workflows and optimize checkout or data-retrieval scripts for maximum speed and sub-millisecond execution.API & Database Integration: Seamlessly sync real-time inventory adjustments with global secondary marketplaces and internal databases.
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience developing high-performance scripts using Python (Playwright/Scrapy), Node.js (Puppeteer), or Go.Technical Validation: A verifiable GitHub profile showcasing clean code architecture or complex automation workflows is mandatory.Language Skills: Fluent spoken and written English. Communication must be clear and seamless.Mindset: High reliability, seriousness, and trustworthiness. Ability to debug and scale systems under high-concurrency loads.
Compensation & Performance-Based StructureCompetitive Base + Performance Bonus: We offer a stable monthly contract plus a 1% performance bonus per successful transaction processed by your pipeline.Quality Assurance Metric: Because we operate at a high volume, script failures during peak traffic that cause downtime will impact accumulated performance bonuses.
