Customer Support Representative (DROPSHIPPING STORE)

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our fast-growing e-commerce team. You will handle customer inquiries via email/ticket system, resolve returns and shipping issues, and keep communication clear and professional. Complex cases are escalated to management when needed.

You must have proven experience with Gorgias, Shopify and the dropshipping business model. If you do not have all three, please do not apply.
