We are a U.S.-based ecommerce company specializing in aftermarket car audio products. We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused **Customer Service Representative** to join our growing team.

## Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
* Assist customers with product information, orders, shipping, returns, and warranty questions
* Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
* Document customer interactions accurately
* Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution
* Work closely with other departments to provide an excellent customer experience
* Maintain a positive and professional attitude in every customer interaction

## Requirements

* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
* Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
* Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* Comfortable using computers and web-based applications
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Customer service experience is preferred but not required
* Must be located in the **Philippines**
* Must be available to work **U.S. Pacific Time (PST)** hours
